1. What We Collect

CronPilot collects minimal data to operate the service:

Cron expressions you submit — processed in real time and not stored unless you create an account and explicitly save them.
Account information — if you sign up, we store your email address and authentication credentials via Supabase Auth.
Usage analytics — anonymous page views and feature usage via our first-party analytics (Veridux Analytics). No third-party trackers.
Payment data — processed by Paddle (our Merchant of Record). We never see or store your full card number.

2. How We Use Your Data

To provide cron expression parsing, validation, and monitoring services.
To send monitoring alerts you configure (email or Slack).
To process payments for Pro plans.
To improve the service based on aggregate, anonymized usage patterns.

3. Data Sharing

We do not sell your data. We share data only with:

Paddle — for payment processing (Merchant of Record).
Supabase — for authentication and data storage.
Vercel — for hosting (server logs retained per their policy).

4. Cookies

We use essential cookies for authentication sessions. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies. Our analytics script uses a browser fingerprint for rate limiting only — no cross-site tracking.

5. Data Retention

Free-tier cron expressions are processed in memory and discarded immediately. Saved expressions and monitoring configurations are retained until you delete them or close your account. You can delete your account and all associated data by contacting us.
