Terms of Service
Last updated: March 8, 2026
1. Service Description
CronPilot is a developer tool that provides cron expression building, validation, explanation, and job monitoring. The service is offered with a free tier and paid Pro plans.
2. Free Tier
The free tier allows up to 20 cron expression conversions per day without an account. This limit resets daily. No credit card is required.
3. Pro Plans
Paid plans provide unlimited conversions, monitoring, and additional features. Subscriptions are billed monthly via Paddle (our Merchant of Record). You can cancel at any time — access continues through the end of the billing period.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the service for any unlawful purpose.
- Attempt to circumvent rate limits or access controls.
- Reverse-engineer, scrape, or resell the service.
- Use automated tools to submit excessive requests (beyond documented API limits).
5. Availability
We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Monitoring alerts are delivered on a best-effort basis. CronPilot is not a substitute for critical infrastructure monitoring in production systems.
6. Limitation of Liability
CronPilot is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the service, including missed cron jobs, incorrect expressions, or monitoring failures.
7. Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may close your account at any time by contacting us.
8. Changes
We may update these terms. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be communicated via email to registered users.
